When you subscribe to our Managed Service ($15/month) or Bounty program ($5 per successful booking), Stripe securely processes and stores your payment information. We receive only a confirmation of successful payment.
When you email us or submit support requests, we retain those communications to resolve your issues and improve our service.
Golf Club Credentials: All usernames and passwords are encrypted using AES-256-CBC, the encryption standard recognized by NIST and the U.S. government. This encryption uses 600,000 iterations of PBKDF2HMAC key derivation (NIST 2023 compliant) to make decryption infeasible without the master key.
In Transit: All data in transit to our servers uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher encryption.
Your encrypted credentials are stored in our secure vault file (.vault.enc), which is:
Payment information is processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification for payment processors.
FairwayFirst staff cannot view your encrypted credentials. Decryption is only performed by automated booking agents at your request.
We share only the minimum payment information required with Stripe to process your subscription. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs how they handle payment data.
When our automated booking agents search for tee times, they authenticate using your credentials on ForeUp, Chronogolf, Jonas, ClubEssential, Lightspeed Golf, and similar platforms. These interactions are governed by those platforms' privacy policies. We do not share your credentials with any external party.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
