Questions.

Does FairwayFirst work with my club? +
If your club uses ClubhouseOnline, ForeUp, GolfNow, EZLinks, Teesnap, Lightspeed, or any standard online booking portal, yes. During setup you provide the URL and your member credentials — we handle the rest securely.
What if my preferred time isn't available at 6 AM? +
You can set a preferred time plus two fallback windows (e.g., 9:00 AM preferred, then 8:30 AM, then 9:30 AM). We'll try them in order. If nothing in your window is available, we'll notify you immediately so you can decide what to do.
Is my login secure? +
Your credentials are encrypted using AES-256 and stored in an isolated vault — never in plaintext. We only ever use them to access your club's booking portal during the booking window. We don't store your password in any readable format.
How does billing work? +
The Managed Plan is $15/month, billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime — no questions, no hoops. The Birdie Plan is a one-time $5 charge per booking request. All sales on Birdie are final since the bot runs immediately.
What if the booking fails? +
If the booking fails (tee times fully booked, portal error, etc.) you'll receive an email notification right away. For Managed Plan members, we retry in subsequent windows. Birdie Plan customers receive a full refund on confirmed failures.
